We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Platinum One.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in building a career in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and follow up with prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and other relevant information to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct property/site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful bookings.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the system.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales may also apply.
