We are looking for a Relationship Manager.

In-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 PLUS performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and qualify customer leads generated through different sources.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

  • Coordinate with Associates to arrange site visits.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups with both customers and associates.

  • Drive site visits and maximize sales conversions.

  • Track the customer journey from inquiry to booking.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and our Associates.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity reports.

  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).

• Male candidate.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
