Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, engaging with prospective buyers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up on generated leads and identify new business opportunities.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties.

- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

- Negotiate with clients and facilitate successful deal closures.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales performance.

Job Requirements

- Qualification: Below 10th pass candidates can also apply.

- Experience: 2–6+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build lasting relationships.

- Proven ability to convert leads into sales and achieve targets.

- Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

- Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an added advantage.
