Maa Brahmayoni Builders Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives for its premium residential project Metro Kinaaraa at Trisulia, Cuttack.

Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Location

Metro Kinaaraa Project Site, Trisulia, Cuttack, Odisha

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Conduct site visits and project presentations.

Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.

Build relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.

Negotiate and close bookings.

Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

1–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
