We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying/selling properties, conducting site visits, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage real estate leads through calls, networking, and marketing activities
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property presentations and site visits
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide end-to-end sales support
Negotiate deals and assist in closing transactions
Follow up with potential buyers and maintain customer databases
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities
