Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source potential buyers through cold calling, networking, digital leads, and local events.
Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, budget constraints, and preferences to offer suitable property options from our portfolio.
Site Visits & Demos: Arrange and conduct property site visits, highlighting property features, neighborhood amenities, and investment potential.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead price negotiations, explain payment plans, assist clients with financing/home loans, and finalize sale agreements.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, existing clients, and real estate brokers to secure referrals and repeat business.
Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, price points, and regulatory changes (RERA).
CRM & Reporting: Update sales pipelines daily in the CRM and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
