🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Manage leads through calls, references, and site visits
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
Conduct project presentations and property site visits
Coordinate with developers for inventory, pricing, and negotiations
Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth documentation process
👤 Preferred Candidate Profile:
1–4 years of experience in Real Estate / Direct Sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-oriented with a positive and confident attitude
Good local market knowledge (residential/commercial projects)
Immediate joiners preferred
