Job Title: Frontline Sales (FLS)

​Role Objective
​The Frontline Sales is the face of G Square at the project site. Your goal is to convert leads into plot owners by showcasing the project’s value, handling site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers in the Erode market.
​Key Responsibilities
​Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into confirmed site visits.
​Site Presentations: Conduct professional site tours, explaining project highlights, amenities, and the "G Square Advantage" to walk-in customers.
​Sales Closings: Negotiate pricing and payment terms to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
​Market Intelligence: Stay updated on real estate trends in Erode and Perundurai to effectively compare G Square with competitors.
​Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Guide customers through the initial booking process and maintain a database of prospects for future follow-ups.
​BTL Activities: Participate in local promotional events, mall activations, and canopy activities across Erode to generate fresh leads.
​Required Qualifications & Skills
​Experience: 1–4 years in sales. Experience in Real Estate, Insurance, or High-Value Retail is highly preferred.
​Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Tamil. Ability to speak English is a strong plus for professional reporting.
​Sales Drive: A result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
​Personality: Confident, well-groomed, and capable of building immediate rapport with diverse customers.
​Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler for commuting to the project site and local meetings.
​Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
​Number of site visits conducted per week.
​Conversion ratio (Site Visit to Booking).
​Accuracy in daily sales reporting and CRM updates.
