Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about property projects.
Conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.
Maintain proper records of sales leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven personality.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
