We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at at Glacier Realty. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote residential and/or commercial real estate projects.

• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the on-ground sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and site visits scheduled.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, payment plans, and documentation processes

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and Minimum 06 months of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
