About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates who want to start their career in Real Estate Sales. This role involves interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and assisting them in buying residential/commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
§ Schedule and conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings. Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements between buyers and sellers.
§ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, competitors, and real estate laws.
§ Prepare and manage documentation related to sales, agreements, and closings.
§ Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth transaction processes.
