Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.

• Contact prospective clients through calls, messages, and other communication channels.

• Understand clients’ requirements and suggest suitable properties.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.

• Schedule client meetings and arrange site visits.

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.

• Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, meetings, and site visits.

• Coordinate with the sales team to close deals and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Ability to negotiate and convert leads into sales.

• Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

• Experience in real estate sales will be an advantage.

Working Days & Timings

• Working Days: As per company policy; Saturday and Sunday site work may be required.

• Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
