Job Opening: Real Estate Executive (Female)
Location: Mazgaon, Mumbai
Merchant & Co is looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Real Estate Executive to join our team.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential and commercial leasing.
- Knowledge of property sourcing and client coordination.
- Experience posting and managing property listings on real estate portals (99acres, Magic Bricks, Housing.com, etc.).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Source new properties for sale and rent.
- Post and update property listings on online portals.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and clients.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain client relationships.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Real Estate (Leasing preferred)
