Axis Bank – Job Description

* Job Title: Sales Validation and Verification Executive (KYC / Documentation Support)

* Department: Retail Assets / Liability Operations / Direct Sales Agency (DSA)

* Employment Type: Full-time

* Location: PAN India (Branch/Regional Office based)

* Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

* Job Purpose:

* The Sales Validation and Verification Executive acts as a link between field sales and back-end operations. The primary objective is to evaluate, verify, and authenticate customer applications and KYC documents before final onboarding to prevent identity fraud and ensure total compliance with institutional rules.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Validation: Cross-verify customer data submitted by the sales team to confirm genuine interest and accurate product allocation (CASA, Loans, or Credit Cards).

* KYC and Document Verification: Review submitted customer documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Income Proofs) against Axis Bank guidelines to prevent fraud.

* Customer Onboarding Checks: Initiate and manage Digital/Video KYC (VKYC) journeys or clear manual data discrepancies before account generation.

* Tele-Verification: Conduct welcome and validation calls to customers to confirm information submitted in their applications.

* Compliance Maintenance: Adhere strictly to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations regarding data privacy and KYC compliance.

* CRM Logging: Systematically track verified and rejected cases in the bank's CRM database for daily MIS reporting.

* Eligibility Criteria:

* Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.

* Experience: Freshers are welcome; 6 months to 1 year in data entry, verification, or tele-sales is a plus.

* Skills: Excellent communication (English + Local Language), high attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency (MS Excel / CRM Tools).

* Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
