Job Description – Purchase Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Purchase Executive to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and inventory planning.

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day purchasing activities
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Compare quotations and negotiate prices
Maintain stock and inventory records
Follow up for timely delivery of materials
Prepare purchase orders and maintain documentation
Ensure smooth supply and stock availability

Requirements:

Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations
Ability to manage vendors and purchase records
Experience in purchase/procurement preferred
