We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Wine/Liquor Brand Promoter to join our team. As a Brand Promoter, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the visibility of our wine and liquor products within retail outlets. Your responsibilities will include creating eye-catching product displays, interacting with customers, and delivering product briefings to effectively boost brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Display: Set up and maintain attractive, strategic product displays within retail outlets to grab customer attention and enhance product visibility.

• Customer Interaction: Provide product briefings to customers, highlighting the unique qualities, taste profiles, and benefits of the wine/liqueur products, ensuring an engaging and informative conversation.

• Understand Customer Preferences: Identify and understand the customer’s price range and preferences to offer personalized recommendations, encouraging higher sales.

• Sales Boost: Proactively drive sales through customer engagement, offering promotions, product knowledge, and strong communication to close sales effectively.

• Customer Approach: Approach potential customers in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner, ensuring a hassle-free and positive experience for all clients.

• Market Feedback: Collect and share customer feedback and market trends with the sales and marketing team to improve product offerings and strategies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or sales (preferably in the wine or liquor industry).

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers.

• Knowledgeable or willing to learn about wine/liqueur products and their unique qualities.

• Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions based on their preferences.

• A passion for the industry and an energetic, self-starter attitude.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Must be 21+ years of age (or the legal drinking age in your area).

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in promotional or brand ambassador roles is a plus.

• A friendly and approachable personality with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.

• Strong sales acumen and the ability to meet sales targets.
