Product Sales Manager - Trade & Forex

Product Sales Manager-TFX-Trade & Forex Sales-Sales Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Product Sales Manager to lead and drive sales in the Trade & Forex Sales division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the trade and forex market. As a Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to enhance the bank's market position and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the trade and forex products and services, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the bank's success in the competitive trade and forex market. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and expand the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure the bank's offerings remain competitive. Collaborate with product development teams to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target segments and develop effective sales approaches. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies in sales activities. Provide training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the bank's brand and reputation. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the trade and forex market. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach. Deep understanding of trade and forex products, services, and market dynamics. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems for effective sales management. Strong networking skills and a well-established network in the trade and forex industry. Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
