· Take ownership of a platform or regional segment and execution to achieve our growth goals

· Grow the revenue and profitability of all products in assigned regional portfolio

· Document and understand the competitive landscape as an input to strategy

· Development and implement market strategies and plans from understanding of market problems and opportunities

· Create product strategy and requirements

· Develop strong working relationships and partnerships across different departments and with OEM Trade customers

· Collaborate with sales and marketing communications to develop sales enablement materials, launch new products, and execute market plans

· Provide technical assistance, training and leadership for regional marketing, sales, and our customers as a subject matter expert.
