### Job Description

Shaadi.com is hiring Product Advisors for its Market Development Team. This team works directly with customers and drives revenue through sales and relationship building.

As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, explaining Shaadi.com products to members, and converting free users into premium customers.

### Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Shaadi.com members using provided leads

• Explain products and help customers in their partner search

• Follow the sales process to convert leads into paid memberships

• Update call details and follow-up information in the system

• Meet daily call targets, talk-time targets, and revenue goals

• Handle walk-in customers (if assigned) and convert them to premium members

• Maintain required documentation

### Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹25,000 per month

• Take-Home Salary: ₹22,000 per month

### Eligibility / Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales or Telesales

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Clear speech and confident conversation skills

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass)

• Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage

Language Skills (Preferred):

Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu
