Job Description – Product Advisor (Telecalling Sales)

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: On-site

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 weekday off

Eligibility

• Qualification: HSC / Graduate (any stream)

• Experience: 1+ year in Telesales / Telemarketing / Collections / Upselling / Renewals

• Languages: English + Kannada (mandatory, fluent)

Role Overview

We are hiring Product Advisors for our Telecalling Sales process. The role involves outbound calling to prospective/existing customers, pitching products/services, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers as per assigned leads

• Pitch products/services clearly and effectively to customers

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets

• Upsell and cross-sell additional products where applicable

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM

• Follow up with warm/interested leads to close sales

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain call quality standards

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication in English and Kannada

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, collections, upselling, or renewals

• Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure

• Good listening and objection-handling skills

• Basic computer/CRM familiarity

• Willingness to work on-site with fixed shift timings

Preferred Attributes

• Positive attitude and persuasive communication style

• Ability to build quick rapport with customers over calls

• Prior experience in BPO/telecalling sales environment preferred
