Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound leads.
Meet clients (online & in-person) and understand their requirements.
Present our construction services and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
Build strong client relationships and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.
Strong convincing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relations is preferred.
