Your primary focus will be on acquiring high-value customers and building strong relationships with them. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying potential leads, and converting them into successful sales. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Identify and qualify potential leads through thorough research and analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high ethical standards in sales practices. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of banking products, especially CASA accounts, and an understanding of the Indian banking industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
