Premier Acquisition Manager - CASA-Sales-Sales Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Premier Acquisition Manager to lead and drive sales for our CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the banking industry. As a Premier Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers for our CASA products. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and target high-value prospects, and your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive sales performance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and target high-value prospects for CASA products, utilizing market research and data analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team, ensuring a collaborative and motivated environment. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and adapt sales approaches accordingly. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain high ethical standards in sales practices. Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to retain and satisfy existing clients. Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and sales performance evaluation. Working knowledge of banking products, especially CASA accounts, and an understanding of the Indian banking landscape. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
