KPI for Sales Executive / BDE
Daily Calling Target
Minimum 150–200 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
Lead Generation Target
Generate at least 2–5 qualified leads per day or 100–150 leads per month.
Follow-up Management
Timely follow-up with all assigned leads and maintain proper follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
Meeting / Demo Scheduling
Fix minimum 2–4 client meetings per week for the sales team.
Conversion Ratio
Achieve minimum 5–10% conversion from qualified leads to confirmed clients.
Email & Proposal Management
Send proposals, quotations, and agreements to clients within 24 hours of requirement.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate daily report of calls, leads, follow-ups, and closures and submit to reporting manager.
Revenue Contribution
Support in achieving monthly sales target by generating business opportunities and client closures
