Job Details:
• 📍 Location: Noida (Onsite – Work from Office)
Shift : Night Shift
• 💼 Employment: Full-Time
• 📍 Required Experience: 6 Months - 4 yrs
• ⏳ Joining: Immediate – 15 Days
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers or respond to inbound calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products or services.
Generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and close sales where applicable.
Maintain proper call records, customer details, and feedback in the system.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a polite and timely manner.
Achieve daily and monthly call, conversion, and productivity targets.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Follow company scripts, processes, and quality standards.
Coordinate with the team leader and report daily call status and results.
Ensure data confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
