Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity), quotations, and technical proposals
Assist in tender (GeM / RFP / RFQ) preparation and documentation
Coordinate with OEMs / vendors for pricing, specifications, and approvals
Support the sales team during client meetings and discussions
Create presentations (PPTs) and product demos
Prepare compliance sheets and technical documents
Ensure timely submission of proposals and tenders
