Key Responsibilities

-Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.

-Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, and referrals.

-Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.

-Schedule and coordinate property site visits with the sales team.

-Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.

-Provide project information, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.

-Ensure timely follow-up with prospects to maximize conversions.

-Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

-Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.

-Support the sales team in achieving booking and revenue targets.

Required Skills-

Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
