Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales process by connecting with potential customers, coordinating property visits, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls

• Understand basic customer requirements and provide relevant information about services

• Schedule property inspections/visits for the field team

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of visits

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Share service details, proposals, and offers with property owners as per company guidelines

• Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in customer interaction, tele-calling, or sales support roles

• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Basic understanding of customer handling and coordination

• Comfortable with making calls and managing follow-ups

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools is a plus)
