Hiring Sr. Executive-Presales
Real Estate Experience: Min 5+ Years
Location: Bangalore, Sahakar Nagar
Salary Offered: 3.60 LPA to 5.00 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
• We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Presales Sr. Executive to utilize
inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.
• Responding to customer enquiries through e-mail / website / Social media leads / in-bound
& outbound calls to ensure to lead the prospect to site.
• Presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of the project to the customers
while talking to them.
• Constant and consistent follow up with the lead to ensure site visits and good conversion
ratios.
• Nurture leads to take them to next level in the sales process.
• Producing lead progress reports.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills:
- Capability & skills to handle on call high-end customers and their queries
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proven track of successfully managing Pre-Sales job function in Real Estate domain
