We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to bridge the gap between customer requirements and business solutions. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by delivering product demonstrations, providing technical guidance, preparing proposals, and contributing to successful customer engagements. This role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement
Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs for prospects and clients.
Engage with customers to identify business challenges and align product capabilities with their requirements.
Build trust-based relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the sales cycle.
Technical Consultation
Act as the primary technical resource during customer discussions and presentations.
Address customer technical queries and provide detailed product knowledge and solution guidance.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
Support Proof of Concept (PoC) implementations, product evaluations, and customer trials.
Proposal & Documentation Management
Prepare high-quality proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documentation.
Assist in creating and managing RFP/RFI responses to support business opportunities.
Ensure all customer-facing documents are accurate, professional, and aligned with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to communicate customer feedback and market requirements.
Contribute insights that help influence product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
Collaborate internally to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market & Industry Awareness
Maintain strong knowledge of product features, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
Stay updated on market developments to effectively position solutions against competitors.
Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to support business growth.

Requirements
Gujarati, Hindi, and English speaking, reading, and writing proficiency is mandatory.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Support, Technical Sales, Customer Success, or a customer-facing technical role.
Hands-on experience preparing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
Familiarity with virtual presentation and demo platforms.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales environments.
Exposure to SaaS, Technology Solutions, IT Products, or Enterprise Applications.
Understanding of solution selling and consultative sales methodologies.
