About the Role

We’re hiring Presales Interns who will be the first point of contact for homebuyers reaching out to Proppy. You’ll interact with leads, understand their needs, and position Proppy’s offerings with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and qualify incoming leads from Proppy’s platform.

• Understand buyer needs, preferences, and budgets.

• Present verified project options and explain Proppy’s services.

• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.

• Coordinate with sales and advisory teams for next steps.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).

• Confident, articulate, and customer-focused.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Should have own laptop.

• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn sales processes.
