Job Role & Responsibilities

• Connect with potential buyers and leads to understand their real estate requirements.

• Present and explain suitable residential/commercial project options to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.

• Pitch property options, highlight key project USPs, and line up prospective buyers for site visits.

• Coordinate with internal sales and field teams to ensure smooth handovers and deal closures.

• Keep up to date with real estate market trends, ongoing project developments, and industry updates.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry (Pre-Sales / Tele-calling / Inside Sales).

• Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.

• Preferred Candidate: Female candidates preferred.

• Strong communication, active listening, and convincing skills.

• Customer-focused approach with effective negotiation capabilities.
