Role Summary
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support sales growth through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and schedule meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls and send emails to generate leads.
Understand customer needs and qualify prospects.
Schedule meetings and route leads to the sales team.
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
Maintain lead and prospect data in the CRM.
Skills Required
Strong communication skills (phone & email).
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Good research and data mining abilities.
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace / MS Office).
Willingness to learn cloud products and technology.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
