Urgent Opening | Presales Executive - Navi Mumbai

Requirements:

1.⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls for real estate

2.⁠ ⁠⁠Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timeline

3.⁠ ⁠⁠Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems

4.⁠ ⁠⁠Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and meetings

5.⁠ ⁠⁠Provide basic project information (pricing, location, amenities, etc.)

6.⁠ ⁠⁠Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

Roles & responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls or WhatsApp for real‑estate inquiries.
Convert leads into site‑visit bookings for residential/ commercial projects.
Prep pitch decks, project sheets, and financing options for prospects.
Real time update on the lead in the CRM.
Coordinate with site team and project manager for smooth client journey.

Requirements:

6+ months of experience in real estate calling.
Should have experience of using CRM.
Should be well versed with Excel.
Should understand and speak basic English
