About Us
Chand Developers is a growing real estate company specializing in premium plotting projects across Murud Janjira, Tala, Roha, and surrounding locations. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executives to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and investment benefits to prospective customers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Assist customers throughout the initial sales process.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Graduate preferred.
