Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, explaining property details, arranging site visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on property leads.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer and sales records.
