Sales Executive

Job Summary

Buybuzz Infra LLP is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate sales while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and referrals.

• Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth customer service.

• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
