Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at ATZ Properties. The role involves telecalling, cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and meeting clients to convert leads into sales. Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for client interaction will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct telecalling and cold calling to reach potential customers.

· Generate leads through various channels and maintain a strong lead pipeline.

· Schedule and attend meetings with clients to understand their requirements.

· Explain project details clearly and professionally to clients.

· Follow up with leads regularly to drive conversions.

· Maintain and update customer databases and daily call reports.

· Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

· Build and maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business.
