Pre-Sales Executive

About the Role

Ambak is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre Sales Officer (PSO) to support our partner onboarding and sales operations process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for follow-ups, partner coordination, status tracking, data management, and ensuring smooth movement of cases from onboarding to final disbursal.

Key Responsibilities

Follow-Up & Coordination

• Coordinate with Business Managers (BMs) and partners regarding onboarding activities.

• Schedule and align meetings between BMs and partners.

• Conduct regular follow-ups on assigned cases.

• Track onboarding, login, and disbursal status updates.

Pipeline & Case Management

• Monitor pending onboarding cases and identify delays.

• Ensure timely login file submissions and processing.

• Track cases from onboarding to final disbursal.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain daily MIS and tracking reports.

• Update partner and case status with complete accuracy.

• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

• Maintain records of calls, talk time, escalations, and status updates.

Escalation Management

• Identify and escalate delays or unresolved cases.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
