Pharma Sales Officer

We are looking for a Pharma Sales Officer to join our team at Itc Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day queries of Pharma WD customers.

2. Ensure accurate estimates are provided to the branch team for Pharma WDs.

3. Plan delivery routes aligned with the customer's existing operations for other companies.

4. Conduct market visits with Pharma WDs to identify availability gaps and drive corrective action plans.

5. Identify top outlets and conduct market surveys to benchmark competitor availability, helping place manual orders for non-mass SKUs.

6. Train Pharma WDs on systems and processes.

7. Ensure daily billing by Pharma WDs along with daily CPL synchronization.

8. Conduct weekly sales and productivity reviews with Pharma WDs and customers.

9. Prepare and drive Business Development Plans covering sales, indirect coverage, line additions, and billing of top outlets at the category level in consultation with the respective Area Managers (AMs).

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation,market knowledge,Dealer distributor handling is an added advantage.
