Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates to join our team as Loans Calling Executives. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining Business Loan and Personal Loan products, generating leads, and assisting customers throughout the initial loan application process

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for Business Loans and Personal Loans.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and basic documentation requirements.

• Generate and qualify leads through customer calling and follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and guide interested customers regarding suitable loan options.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and application processing.

• Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up updates.

• Work towards assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel is an advantage.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-handling skills.

• Interest in sales, calling, and the banking/NBFC/fintech industry.
