Key Responsibilities Drive personal loan sales through the assigned branch network. Generate leads from existing bank customers, branch references, and external sources. Achieve monthly and annual personal loan disbursement targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff to increase customer referrals. Conduct customer meetings and explain personal loan products, features, and benefits. Ensure proper collection and verification of customer documents as per bank guidelines. Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing. Maintain high productivity and conversion ratios. Cross-sell relevant banking products wherever applicable. Monitor competition and provide market intelligence to management. Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
