Job Description

We are hiring 5 experienced Team Leaders for our Personal Loan & Business Loan DSA Sales Team.

The candidate should have strong experience in DSA/loan sales and team handling, with the ability to manage and grow a sales team and achieve monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of DSA/loan sales executives.

• Drive Personal Loan and Business Loan business through the DSA channel.

• Achieve monthly login, approval and disbursement targets.

• Generate and manage leads through the team and DSA network.

• Monitor daily team performance and productivity.

• Train, guide and motivate team members.

• Build and maintain DSA/channel relationships.

• Ensure proper documentation and quality of loan files.

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal operations teams.

• Prepare and monitor daily/monthly sales MIS.

• Recruit and develop sales executives to expand the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in DSA / Loan Sales / Banking / NBFC Sales.

• Experience in Personal Loan and/or Business Loan.

• Team handling experience preferred.

• Candidates with an existing active sales/DSA team will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of DSA sales processes and loan documentation.

• Target-oriented with proven sales performance.

• Good communication, leadership and team-management skills.

Important Eligibility Condition

Candidates who have previously worked with any of the following companies are NOT eligible to apply:

Only candidates who have NOT worked with any of the above three companies will be considered.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to salary

Salary will be based on relevant experience, team-handling capability and previous sales performance.

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
