Hiring: Online Platform Manager – Cloud Kitchen

We are looking for an Online Platform Manager for our Cloud Kitchen who can independently manage all online food delivery platforms.

Platforms to Manage

• Zomato

• Swiggy

• Toing

• ONDC

• Other food delivery & online ordering platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all online platform dashboards.

• Accept and process online orders.

• Update menu, prices, food images and item availability.

• Manage offers, discounts, combos and promotions.

• Monitor orders, cancellations, refunds and customer complaints.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order preparation.

• Handle delivery partner/pickup-related issues.

• Manage customer reviews, ratings and feedback.

• Monitor daily sales and platform performance.

• Check settlements, commissions and payment reports.

• Coordinate with platform support teams whenever required.

• Prepare daily sales and order reports.

• Work on increasing online orders and improving platform performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with Zomato/Swiggy or other food delivery platforms preferred.

• Good computer knowledge.

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously.

• Restaurant/Cloud Kitchen experience will be an advantage.

Location: Delhi
