We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Outbound Sales Executive to promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, understanding customer travel needs, and closing sales.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages and services
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel plans
Explain tour itineraries, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for smooth booking processes
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
Stay updated on company products, destinations, and promotions
Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or travel sales (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer-handling and persuasion abilities
Knowledge of travel destinations and tour packages is an advantage
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)
