We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Outbound Travel Executive who can handle international holiday packages, client coordination, and end-to-end travel planning. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge and the ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound travel queries (leisure & corporate clients)

• Design customized international holiday packages as per client requirements

• Provide destination knowledge, visa guidance, and travel advice

• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and local suppliers

• Prepare itineraries, costing, and quotations

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets

• Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance

• Manage bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing

• Handle post-booking services and resolve client issues

• Stay updated on international destinations, trends, and travel regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of international destinations (Europe, UK, USA, Dubai, Southeast Asia, etc.)

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Ability to create detailed itineraries and costings

• Knowledge of visa processes and documentation

• Customer handling and negotiation skills

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication)

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
