Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations lead and oversee the company's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth business operations, monitoring performance, improving processes, handling customer feedback and escalations, and driving operational excellence across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily business operations across all departments.

• Supervise and mentor team leads and employees to achieve operational goals.

• Ensure all Business-as-Usual (BAU) tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.

• Review customer feedback regularly and implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and process improvements.

• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Demo, Logistics, HR, Digital Marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

• Track KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

• Drive accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across teams.

• Support management with strategic planning and operational decision-making.

• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and workload distribution.

• Ensure timely completion of projects and operational initiatives.
