About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Relationship Manager responsible for building strategic partnerships with corporate clients, hotels, vendors, fleet partners, and enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, corporate relationship management, hospitality sales, procurement, vendor empanelment, or strategic partnerships.
This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to drive long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales
Generate and qualify corporate business opportunities.
Acquire new enterprise clients.
Conduct business meetings and product presentations.
Build long-term corporate relationships.
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly revenue and acquisition targets.
Corporate Relationship Management
Manage key corporate accounts.
Maintain regular communication with decision-makers.
Resolve client issues proactively.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Vendor Empanelment
Identify potential corporate vendors and partners.
Complete end-to-end vendor onboarding.
Coordinate documentation and compliance.
Negotiate commercial terms.
Maintain vendor database and contracts.
Ensure SLA compliance.
Hospitality Business Development
Develop partnerships with:
Hotels
Resorts
Co-working spaces
Corporate accommodation providers
Travel Management Companies
Event venues
Build hotel inventory through strategic vendor partnerships.
Negotiate room rates and commercial agreements.
Manage hotel onboarding and relationship lifecycle.
Vendor Management
Evaluate vendor performance.
Conduct periodic business reviews.
Improve vendor engagement.
Resolve operational escalations.
Ensure quality and compliance standards.
Market Development
Research target industries.
Identify new business opportunities.
Analyze competitors.
Develop market expansion strategies.
Reporting
Maintain CRM records.
Track sales pipeline.
Submit weekly and monthly reports.
Forecast revenue and business opportunities.
