📍 Location: Gandhi Nagar, Ludhiana

💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)

About Us

Om Vastra is a men's shirt manufacturing and wholesale business based in Ludhiana. We manufacture and supply shirts across India under our label NOVERA and are actively growing our wholesale operations and brand presence.

We are looking for an organized, responsible and computer-savvy individual to help manage daily operations, customer communication and records.

Freshers with good communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle WhatsApp customer inquiries and follow-ups

• Send product catalogs, price lists and order details to customers

• Manage Instagram messages and customer inquiries

• Create bills and maintain sales records

• Maintain inventory records in Excel/Google Sheets

• Track customer orders, dispatches and payments

• Coordinate between shop, factory and customers

• Update WhatsApp Status and assist with social media posting

• Maintain customer database and follow-up records

• Prepare daily sales and operations reports

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp Web and Excel

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Quick learner with a positive attitude

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records accurately

• Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience in garment, wholesale or retail industry

• Knowledge of Canva and social media platforms

• Experience with billing or inventory management
