Position Title: Operations Manager (Platform Operations & Dealer Relations)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day backend processes, dealer ecosystem coordination, and customer communications for the Junigadi platform. In this role, you will lead the operational workflow—ensuring seamless vehicle listing accuracy, precise data tracking, robust reporting, and synchronized efforts between dealer partners and internal sales/marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Dealer Network Management

• Oversee and streamline communication channels for incoming and outgoing interactions with customers and dealer partners.

• Coordinate directly with dealers to list vehicles, maintain inventory accuracy, and verify listing documentation.

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact to resolve dealer and customer platform queries efficiently.

2. Data Management & Business Analytics

• Maintain, audit, and update core operational databases across MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Perform regular reporting and descriptive analytics using formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), pivot tables, filters, and dynamic sorting to extract operational insights.

• Monitor key platform metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

3. Lead & Lifecycle Tracking

• Systematize the documentation of incoming leads, follow-up stages, and conversion milestones.

• Ensure data hygiene and compliance across all backend tracking tools to prevent lead leakage and operational delays.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with internal Sales and Marketing teams to align daily operational capacity with marketing campaigns and sales targets.

• Facilitate continuous feedback loops between dealers and product/marketing teams to enhance platform usability and service delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical & Analytical Competencies

• Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: Expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Filtering/Sorting) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive).

• Reporting & Data Hygiene: Proven ability to build structured daily/weekly report dashboards and maintain high data accuracy.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Multilingual Fluency: Fluency in Gujarati (Mandatory for dealer/customer engagement), Hindi, and English

• Stakeholder Management: Professional etiquette and negotiation ability to interact with auto dealers, end customers, and internal team leads.

Educational & Professional Background

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations management, supply chain, marketplace management, or backend process handling (experience in the automobile (Passenger / Commercial / HV Commercial / EV Vehicles), automotive or e-commerce sector is a plus).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Inventory Accuracy: Maintenance of real-time dealer stock and listing integrity on the platform.

• Data Integrity: Zero-error rate in lead logging, follow-up tracking, and daily Excel/Google Sheets reporting.

• Turnaround Time (TAT): Speed and resolution efficiency for inbound/outbound dealer and customer inquiries.
